About Dylan Wood

Me, Dylan Wood, filmmaker and photographer traveling wherever my work takes me. I’ve been photographing professionally for eight years. Working with me my goal is simple to make art and capture time for you. Every frame, every photograph has been processed through me. I capture moments for who I am privileged to be apart of. Preserve them on film. 35mm, medium format, 16mm motion picture film and digital photography. These become photographs you can print, hold, frame, and pass down. Short films you can watch years from now on a Blu-ray disc or projected to yourself on film.

When I’m not photographing weddings, making films, I’m usually outside with a camera. Watching old movies, visiting museums, learning about a new subject, listening to Nine Inch Nails, Daft Punk, or my favorite Hans Zimmer or watching HEAT again. I love drinking coffee and planning the next road trip up the California coast with Karen.
